Join CU Boulder's Herbarium as we aid the effort to digitize the biocollections of the world!

Welcome plant lovers! We are the CU Herbarium, a section of the University of Colorado Museum of Natural history. Our Herbarium serve as one of the primary resources for the documentation and study of the rich natural history and biodiversity of Colorado. In order to further our mission as a collection, we need your help transcribing label data on plant specimens through the platform, WeDigBio!

WeDigBio is a global data campaign that gives community members the opportunity to take part in the creation of digital data about biodiversity specimens. Within our WeDigBio expeditions, you will have the opportunity to aid our Herbarium in the transcription of labels on specimens in our collection.  Of course, you will complete this expedition of specimen digitization right from the comfort of your own home!
